RENTAL DETAILS

  • Payment:  Payment in full is due 60 days prior to arrival date.  PayPal or personal check is accepted at this time.  20% deposit at time of booking, unless under 60 days until rental.

  • Short Term Rental Agreement:   After mutual agreement of rental, this agreement will be emailed to you to review, sign, scan and return by email or mail.  It contains the condo association rules/regulations, check-in/check-out lists, and a confirmation of the booking fees.  

  • Building and Condo Access:  A Welcome File will be sent 10-14 days prior to arrival with information on access codes, check-in/check-out information, WIFI codes and other information about each condo.

  • Cancellation Policy: 100% refund if cancelled 60 days prior to check-in date, 50% if cancelled 59-31 days prior to check-in, 0% if cancelled 30 days or less prior to check-in date.

  • Damage/Reservation Deposit:  A damage/reservation deposit is required of $100 at time of booking.  This deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit once you arrive.  The deposit is not applied toward rent. It is fully refunded within (14) days of departure, by return payment, provided the following provisions are met:  (1)  No damage is done to the unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and use (2) There is no smoking in the unit and on the lanai (3) Check-out list is completed (4) Keys are left in condo. There will be a charge of $30 for keys not returned or lost (5) Laundry service is of normal usage, 2 load maximum for cleaning service- towels/sheets (6) There is no extraordinary cleaning required (7) The renter is not evicted by the owner or representative of the owner, the local law enforcement or the security company employed by the complex.
